We make the software an Indian school actually runs on.
Not a module bolted onto an accounting package, and not a foreign product translated into rupees. Unistha is built around the way a CBSE school in India works — the admission register, the daily attendance, the fee heads and concessions, the co-scholastic report card, the bus route, the hostel, and the parent who wants to know all of it from a phone.
Who we are
Unistha is the product; Rixroent is the company
Unistha is made and operated by Rixroent Private Limited, a software company in India. We write the software, we run the servers it sits on, and we answer the phone when a school rings — there is no reseller in between, and no support desk in another time zone.
That matters more than it sounds. A school’s year has immovable dates in it: admissions open, terms end, results publish, fees fall due. Software for a school has to be changed by people who understand what week it is.
What we hold ourselves to
Four decisions we made early and will not trade away
These are not aspirations. Each one is a property of how the software is built, and each one costs us something to keep.
Your records are not in a shared table
Each school gets its own database schema. Another school's query cannot reach your rows by accident, because your rows are not in the same place.
Hosted in India
The servers and the backups sit in Microsoft Azure's Central India region. Your students' records do not leave the country.
Every change has a name on it
Who edited that mark, who took that fee, who signed in at midnight — written down as it happens, readable, and impossible to edit afterwards.
People see their own school, and nothing else
A subject teacher cannot mark another class's register or publish its results. Permissions are enforced on the server, not hidden in the menu.

A school is not one user with one job. It is a director watching five branches, an office taking cash at a counter, a class teacher with a register, and a parent at a bus stop. Each gets their own screen.
